Penn Township is excited to partner with the Manheim Central Food Pantry in requesting donations for America’s 250th Birthday Celebration!
We will be collecting donations at the Municipal Building at 97 North Penryn Road, Manheim, PA, from Memorial Day through Independence Day, during regular business hours. Please bring items into our lobby and place them into the bins.
*Note: Office Hours during the week of 5/25-5/29 are changed due to the holiday. We are closed on Monday, May 25th, but open Tuesday through Friday, May 26th-29th, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm.
The theme for this fundraiser is Red, White & Blue, so please bring foods that match the theme. Some suggestions include:
- Pasta Sauce, Red Kidney Beans, Canned Tomatoes, Canned Cherries, Strawberry Jam, Tomato Soup, Minestrone, Chili
- Rice, Coconut, Pasta, Tuna, White Beans, Boxed or Condensed Milk, Oatmeal, Cauliflower Soup, Mushroom Soup, Flour, Sugar, Cooking Oils, Mayonnaise
- Blueberry Mixes, Blue Tortilla Chips, (blue is harder, so going with blue packaging works too! – Kraft Mac n Cheese, Blue Diamond Almonds, Peanut Butter) If you think it’s blue, we will make it work!
