- Riparian Buffer
- Solar Energy Array
- Rain Garden
- No Mow Lawn & Native Plantings
- Pervious Paving
More information on the project, including photos can be found on the Sustainability Project page.
Chiques Creek Watershed Alliance’s Logan Park Floodplain Restoration
In 2015, n the other side of Route 772 from Mummau Park, a Floodplain Restoration project was completed along Rife Run! In 2012-2013, LandStudies helped the CCWA develop a Restoration Masterplan for the segment of Rife Run flowing through the park. The CCWA obtained grants to pay for the project, which was completed in 2015. By balancing stream health and the recreation needs of park users, this project will certainly enhance the community.
