Parks & Recreation

The Parks

Penn Township is pleased to have four community parks located at Cedar Hollow, Sweetbriar Creek, Mallard Ponds – Barons Ridge Park and Penryn Park.

In 2013, 153 trees were planted in the two larger parks: Cedar Hollow and Sweetbriar Creek. Providing ample active and passive recreation space is important for a well-rounded community, and the township’s goal is to continue to maintain and improve them over time. Any comments or suggestions on how to do this better are always welcome.

To reserve use of the Township meeting rooms or athletic fields at Township Parks, fill out an application and submit it to the township office. For those using the ball fields, also complete the Ball Field Use Agreement.
