Trick or Treat

Trick or Treat Night Resolution 2019-19:
Trick or Treat Night shall be observe in accordance with LIMC’s recommended policy in that trick-o-treating shall occur between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm on Halloween (October 31), except when Halloween falls on a Saturday or Sunday, in which case trick-or-treating shall occur between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm on the preceding Friday.
In the event of inclement weather, Penn Township, after coordinating with the Northern Lancaster County Police Department, may choose to announce to postpone Trick or Treat Night to another day.
