Sealed Bids for the above service will be received until 11:00 AM EST, Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at the Penn Township Municipal Building, Manheim, PA. Bids will be accepted for: Contract Public Park/Township Facilities Mowing and Maintenance and Contract. Bids are anticipated to be awarded at the Board of Supervisors’ Meeting on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 7:00 PM EST. The successful bidder shall be required to post a performance bond in the amount of 10% of the contract price.

Penn Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals as authorized by law and to award the contract to a party(ies) other than the lowest bidder(s) at its discretion, if the best interests of the Township are hereby served.
