Important Notice to Online Utility Payment Users

Penn Township, and our utility billing software company, MuniBilling, have upgraded the payment processor for those who pay their bill online using Penn Township’s payment portal. New and current AutoPay customers will need to enroll/re-enroll for their payments for public services to start/continue. Please follow the instructions below to set up your account:

  1. Log in at https://login.munibilling.com/secure_sessions/new or go to https://penntwplanco.org/ and click on Online Utility Payments. If you are a returning customer, your username and password should work to log in. New customers will need to set up a new account.
  2. Once you have successfully logged into your account, review you bill and click either “Make A Payment” or “Setup Auto-Pay”.

Make a Payment:

  • Choose either “Pay Current Balance” or “Pay Other Amount”
  • Payment amount should show in the box or allow you to enter the amount you wish to pay
  • Choose your payment method
  • Enter payment information and click Submit

Setup Auto-Pay:

  • Choose your payment method
  • Enter payment information and click Submit

Auto-Pay customers who have an outstanding balance on their utility bill will have the payment processed on the 15th of the month.
