Joint UCC Board of Appeals Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Manheim Borough, Mount Joy Borough, Penn Township and Rapho Township Joint UCC Board of Appeals shall meet on Monday, December 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Rapho Township municipal building, 971 N. Colebrook Rd., Manheim, PA 17545 to consider and render a decision on the appeal of The Z Team Limited Partnership, 1976 Auction Road, Manheim, PA 17545, requesting a variance from of the UCC Code IBC, 903.2.9.1 to not require a fire sprinkler system for a trailer repair facility. The full text of the application may be examined at the Rapho Township office, 971 North Colebrook Road, Manheim, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., Mondays through Fridays. Persons with disabilities who require any auxiliary aid, service, or other accommodation to observe or participate should contact the Rapho Township office at least five days before the hearing to discuss how your needs may be best accommodated. The public is invited to attend the hearing.
