Elm Road between Newport Road and Brooklawn Road will be closed during the daytime hours on Thursday, October 9th, for a pipe replacement. This will be a full closure with no vehicles being able to get through the area. Please use the detour route on Brooklawn Road to bypass the area. Follow the signs which will be in place to help get around the closed roadway.
