Hands-Only CPR – More than 350,000 American suffer a cardiac arrest outside of the hospital setting year year and 90% die. CPR is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the hear stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple chances of survival after cardiac arrest. Hands-only CPR is very simple to learn and can be as effective as conventional CPR.

Stop the Bleed – Uncontrolled bleeding is a major cause of preventable deaths – approximately 40% of all trauma-related deaths are due to bleeding. Stop the Bleed is an instructional campaign that can help you become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.
