Penn Township COVID-19 Protocol – Partial Closure

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Penn Township will be operating under a Partial Closure status.  We are still open for business (Monday-Thursday from 7:00AM-5:30PM); answering the phones and emails; however, for the safety and health of our residents as well as our staff, walk-in public access to our offices will not be permitted until further notice, except for emergencies or scheduled public meetings.

Payments for water/sewer invoices may be placed in the lockbox outside the front entrance.  If you have any questions, please call the Penn Township office 717-665-4508.

If you are dropping off building or zoning permit applications or any other documents, please deposit the information into the designated box. You are welcome to contact our office to confirm receipt of the application/documents.  If you are picking up a permit, please knock on the front door or call the office at 717-665-4508 and a staff member will meet you at the door.

We appreciate your understanding during this period of time; understanding that necessary measures are needed to protect our residents as well as our staff members.
