Penn Township is working with Horst Excavating to begin construction on the Loghes Drive Stormwater Basin and the White Oak Road Stormwater Basin as part of an MS4 project (https://penntwplanco.org/residents-businesses/water-resources/links/ms4-system/). The projects are expected to be completed end by October 31, 2023.
The general area affected by this work is identified through the Google map below. Please note, no work is being proposed on adjacent property owner lots, streets, or trails – work is only being done within the basins themselves.
